Industry (“Industry,” “we,” “us”) operates Industry Austin, Industry San Marcos and industrytx.com, including eastside.industrytx.com and smtx.industrytx.com (the “Sites”). This page explains what information we collect when you visit our Sites, order food, make a reservation or contact us, how we use it, the choices you have, and how we’re working to make our Sites accessible to everyone.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Information you give us:

Contact and event inquiries: name, email, phone number, event date, party size, and any details you include in a form.
Reservations: name, phone, email, party size, and notes such as special occasions or dietary requests.
Online orders, gift cards, and our app: name, contact information, order history, and pickup or delivery details. Payments are processed by our ordering and payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
Email and text signups: email and/or mobile number and your communication preferences.
Merchandise purchases: information you provide to our online store provider to complete your order.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our Sites, our service providers and we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location (city level) and information from cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand site traffic and measure how our ads perform. These tools may use cookies to show you Industry ads on other websites. You can manage cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and adjust ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Our Sites don’t currently respond to them.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website platform (Wix), online ordering, gift card and app provider (Toast), reservation provider, online store (Shopify), email/text marketing tools, and analytics and advertising partners (Google). They can use your information only to provide services to us.
When required by law, or to protect our rights, guests or staff.
With a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

When you use a third-party service through our Sites, such as ordering, reservations or the merch store, that provider’s privacy policy also applies.

Text Messages and Email

If you sign up for texts or emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. Click “unsubscribe” in any email or reply STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email [boss@industrytx.com]. We’ll respond within the time required by law, and we won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or online service is 100% secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children’s Privacy

Our Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Links to Other Sites

Our Sites link to other websites and apps, such as social media, ordering, reservations and review sites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices.

Accessibility

Industry wants everyone to be able to enjoy our restaurants and our website. We’re working to make our Sites accessible to people with disabilities, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our guide. We review our Sites regularly and keep improving them.

Some content, such as PDF menus or tools provided by third parties (online ordering, reservations, gift cards), may not be fully accessible yet. If you have trouble using any part of our Sites, or you need a menu in another format, please let us know and we’ll help. Please include the page and the issue you ran into. We aim to respond within [2 business days].
